Police divers have been seen searching a Scots canal after a woman was seriously sexually assaulted and robbed in a sickening attack earlier this week.
The terrifying incident happened between 8pm and 8.40pm on Sunday, October 5, inside a building on Main Street in Camelon, Falkrik.
The woman did not require medical treatment but now detectives are probing the incident and have said "extensive enquiries are ongoing".
STV reports that divers from Police Scotland were searching the Forth and Clyde canal in connection with enquries near Glenfuir Road on Thursday, October 16.
