MEMPHIS, Tenn. - There are thousands of offenders detained in the jail at 201 Poplar. In the 16 days since the start of the Memphis Safe Task Force, the Department of Justice reported 917 arrests. That would be an average of about 57 arrests per day.

FOX13 Investigates found more than half of them, 531 arrests, were for a combination of active warrants and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrests. A spreadsheet of the current inmates at 201 Poplar shows some are violent offenders and others were arrested for non-violent offenses.
