Steve McBee Sr. is saddling up for some time behind bars.

One day after the Bravo reality TV show McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys was renewed for season three , the family patriarch was sentenced to two years in prison for a multi-million dollar crop insurance fraud scheme, which he pleaded guilty to in November.

During an Oct. 16 sentencing hearing, U.S. District Court Judge Stephen R. Bough gave Steve, 52, a punishment of 24 months in prison, plus another two years on supervised release, according to court documents obtained by NBC News. The Bravo star was also ordered to pay $4,022,124 in restitution and a $100 special assessment to the court, per the docs.
