McBee Dynasty was renewed for a third season shortly before Steven “Steve” McBee Sr. was sentenced to two years in prison.

Bravo picked up more episodes of the reality series on Thursday, October 16. McBee, 52, was sentenced the same day to two years in prison and an additional two years of supervised release, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly. The former McBee Farm & Cattle CEO will also have to pay $4,022,124 in restitution for his crimes.

According to the filing, McBee must self-surrender before 2 p.m. on December 1.

McBee was originally charged in November 2024 with one count of federal crop insurance fraud. He was accused of making a false report to an insurance provider in 2018, where he underreported his “corn crop by approximately 674,812 bushels” and “his total
