BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Niagara County Sheriff's Office has released information on a fatal motor vehicle accident that occurred in Newfane
According to a press release from the Sheriff's Office, a 74-year-old woman, identified as Adele M. Sullivan, was driving southbound on Lockport-Olcott Road when the vehicle began to lowly drift into the northbound lane. The vehicle then drifted off the road and into the fencing of Corwin Cemetery. While the vehicle was reported to have only suffered minor damage, authorities say Sullivan may have suffered from a medical event, causing the crash. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
