LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- The construction of the new parking lot isn’t done, but the owners of a Las Vegas resort are asking for approval to build a movie theater, bowling alley, and restaurant with a patio.

Stations Casinos is expected to present at the Oct. 22 Clark County Zoning Commission meeting a plan to expand and modify Durango Casino & Resort, with construction set to start by July 2028.

According to county documents, the plans include a ground-level entertainment space, a bowling alley, a billiards area, an entertainment room, a casino floor, a restaurant, multiple outdoor patios, common areas, and a casino bar.
