EAST RUTHERFORD — Akiva Rosenfeld has a dream.

The 21-year-old, who lives on a farm in Howell, wants to be the first observant Jewish DJ to play the main stage at mainstream music festivals around the world.

But first, Rosenfeld – who goes by Akay professionally – worked his laptop and mixing board for the crowd outside MetLife Stadium before the Giants hosted Philadelphia on Oct. 9. He played a mix of Hebrew, Yiddish and English tracks, his two small speakers overpowering the larger Eagles tailgate just across the way.
