CINCINNATI, Ohio — The Bengals came into Thursday night’s game vs. the Steelers at home desperate for a win not only to snap a four-game losing streak, but also to keep the hopes of a playoff run alive.

40-year-old Joe Flacco threw for three touchdowns and led a game-winning field goal drive in the Bengals’ 33-31 win vs. the Steelers on Thursday night .

“Yeah, his experience. I mean, he’s got 18 years of experience playing these games,” Bengals coach Zac Taylor explained to reporters after the game. “I mean, we’re on a short week playing the Pittsburgh Steelers in a game that we needed to have, and he’s just like, it’s easy for him. You know, and it’s not because he’s putting in the work. It’s just he’s so experienced in this situation.”
