GRAND HAVEN, MI— With two minutes left on the clock, the West Ottawa sideline couldn’t contain their excitement.

“We haven’t brought this home since 2015,” head coach Tyler Robinson said to his team, Division 1 district trophy in hand.

The Panthers traveled to Grand Haven High School on Thursday, Oct. 16, 2025.

Though the Buccaneers tried, West Ottawa stayed ahead of them the entire game, with a final score of 2-0.

“Be proud of this,” Robinson said,”but we’re not done yet.”
