New Delhi: India’s Aadhaar agency is looking for a face to represent its digital identity mission. The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has launched a nationwide Mascot Design Contest, inviting creative minds to design an official Aadhaar mascot that will serve as its “visual ambassador.” The competition is live on the MyGov platform and open till October 31, 2025.

The idea is to create a mascot that captures Aadhaar’s values: trust, inclusivity, empowerment, and digital innovation, while being relatable to people of all ages. UIDAI says the mascot should reflect Aadhaar’s spirit of service, security, and accessibility in a way that feels human and familiar.
