Work is slated to be completed by year’s end on Rock Nashville, a live entertainment industry facility in North Davidson County to offer support for acts as small as house bands on Broadway and as robust as A-List artists who play Nissan Stadium.
The 40-acre North Davidson County campus will include three buildings with a collective more than 514,000 square feet of space designed to serve live entertainment production. Rock Nashville will include 15 studio rehearsal spaces for performers on the club, theater, amphitheater, arena and stadium scales (including a facility up to 95 feet tall so as to effectively replicate venues of that size for maximum rehearse efficiency).
