The 49ers' 30-19 loss against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday wasn’t just upsetting due to the end result, but the team also lost their defensive leader in Fred Warner for the season.

In addition to that, San Francisco’s coach Kyle Shanahan and wide receiver Jauan Jennings had a heated exchange that was caught on cameras during the second quarter of the game.

Shanahan and Jennings both addressed the situation following the loss, but 49ers general manager John Lynch joined KNBR’s Murph and Markus on Thursday to issue his thoughts on the matter.
