The Ontario Provincial Police have located human remains in a wooded area off Highway 6 in Haldimand County, in connection with a homicide investigation in Simcoe. Police said investigators found human remains west of Caledonia and south of Stirling Street believed to be part of the ongoing investigation. A postmortem examination to confirm the identity and cause of death was scheduled at the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service on Friday.
