BANNOCK COUNTY, Idaho — A Pocatello man has been arrested and charged in connection with a bomb threat that forced the evacuation of the Idaho State Capitol complex in Boise earlier this month.

The incident began on the morning of Oct. 8, when the Pocatello Police Department responded to reports of a 58-year-old man making multiple threatening phone calls to a local property management company. During these calls, the man allegedly made statements threatening violence, including threats to "blow them up."
