With their season on the line, the Milwaukee Brewers are turning to a veteran lefty.

Jose Quintana will start in Friday’s Game 4 of the National League Championship Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reported.

Quintana, 36, last appeared during Game 3 of the NLDS, pitching three shutout innings of relief in his lone post-season outing this year.

For the season, Quintana made 24 starts, going 11-7 with a 3.96 ERA and 1.29 WHIP with 89 strikeouts over 131.2 innings.

Now, he’ll be tasked with keeping the Brewers’ season alive as they face a 3-0 deficit in the NLCS.

The Dodgers will counter with two-way star Shohei Ohtani on the mound.
