OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - The showers have wrapped up for today! The rest of the afternoon and nightfall will be mostly clear and near average. Winds may still be breezy from time to time. Lows will fall to the upper 40s tonight.
Saturday will start off quiet, but another cold front will sweep through our region in the afternoon. Cloud cover will increase around midday and spotty showers become possible after 3 PM. The showers will be short-lived with them wrapping up by 8 PM.
This will be wind-driven rain with northwest gusts easily topping 40 miles per hour and possibly reaching 50 miles per hour. Even when the rain wraps up, the gusty winds will continue overnight into Sunday morning.
Since lows are predicted to be around 40° and winds will be gusty, the chance of frost is low late Saturd
