Jada Baltazar doesn't like turning customers away. That's one of many reasons she said she is excited about Los Tapatios' new location.

Humberto and Jada Baltazar opened the current Los Tapatios location at 204 S. Egan Ave. in 2016. During lunch and dinner, the restaurant sometimes seems close to bursting at the seams with the number of customers wanting to come in, and sometimes, that's led to long waits or turning people down, Jada told the Daily Leader. ×
