Erie, Pa (WJET/WFXP)-- Governor Josh Shapiro announced a $9.5 million investment in the Bayfront Market House Project during his visit to Erie's waterfront on Friday.

The investment is part of Shapiro's broader initiative to enhance the Erie region, which has seen over $25.6 billion in private sector investments since he took office. The Bayfront Market House Project is a key component of this development, aiming to provide a central hub for dining, shopping, and cultural activities.
