A new Rogers cell tower is now live in Stroud, Ontario, bringing faster and more reliable 5G service to local residents, businesses, and emergency crews. Stroud is about 17-19 minutes south of Barrie by car, and has a population of about 2,200 or so.

The project was a joint effort between InnTerprises Inc., the Town of Innisfil, and Rogers, aimed at improving mobile coverage across the region.

“This project represents a meaningful step forward for Stroud and neighbouring communities by delivering critical infrastructure that enhances emergency response, supports local businesses, and ensures residents and visitors alike have access to fast, reliable cellular and internet service,” said Danny Persaud, president and CEO of InnTerprises Corporation.
