A family in Winter Springs tried to get last-second tickets to see Billie Eilish in Orlando. That didn't work out, but they think it was meant to be. On their way home, ticketless, they pulled into their neighborhood and found a dog tied to a pole. They're now trying to find the dog her forever home. "She is the sweetest dog ever.
