MINNESOTA, USA — For the second time this year, 'No Kings' rallies will take place across the country on Saturday. This comes after those rallies drew thousands to the Minnesota State Capitol and across the country in June.
"You never know how many people are going to show up, but we know thousands and thousands of people will, and we're very excited about that," Ann Treacy, board member of Women's March Minnesota, one of the groups locally organizing, said.
According to the 'No Kings' website, rallies are expected to happen across the state, from the Iron Range to southern Minnesota. There are dozens in the Twin Cities, but the largest will likely be in Minneapolis at The Commons, Treacy says.
