NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) -- Nashville authorities took a teenager into custody early Thursday morning for host of charges, including felony weapon possession.

According to an arrest affidavit, the Metro Nashville Police Department had been on the lookout for a white Infiniti associated with thefts, vehicle burglaries, and even armed assaults using pistols and long guns.

During the early morning hours on Thursday, Oct. 16, the MNPD said South Precinct officers spotted the Infiniti G37 in the area of Murfreesboro Pike near Ranson Place. However, when law enforcement tried to pull the car over, it reportedly took off with no lights at a high rate of speed.
