(KRON) — A convicted felon was found in possession of an illegal ghost gun with a high-capacity drum magazine in the South Bay Thursday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Officers with CHP’s San Jose office allegedly stopped the driver for speeding. During the stop, officers determined that the suspect was arrested for driving under the influence.
