BEMIDJI — No goals and no shots on target.

The Bemidji State women’s soccer team didn’t give Minnesota Crookston a breath offensively, cruising to a 2-0 win. BSU didn’t allow a shot on target on Friday at Chet Anderson Stadium.

The Beavers haven’t lost since Sept. 28, dating back to a 1-0 defeat against Wayne State on the road. It extended the unbeaten streak to five games.

Tessa Czajkowski Higgins put Bemidji State in front in the 42nd minute with an assist from Marielle Wright. It was Czajkowski Higgins’ first collegiate goal.

Katrina Barthelt, however, is a scoring veteran. She buried her eight tally this season with an unassisted strike in the 71st minute.
