A portion of Lenoir Street will temporarily close around-the-clock starting Monday for the interchange improvements at U.S. 63 and Grindstone Parkway.
Contractors working with the Missouri Department of Transportation plan to close Lenoir Street from Grindstone Parkway to the main entrance to Lenoir Woods, according to a MoDOT news release. The closure is expected to last about one month, and it will also affect the northernmost entrance to Lenoir Woods.
Traffic will shift to the new alignment of Lenoir Street after the work is completed. A new off-ramp for northbound U.S. 63 traffic will be constructed along the existing alignment of Lenoir Street.
This closure will allow the contractor to complete the connection between the existing alignment of Lenoir Street and the new portion.
