SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — Multiple "No Kings" protests are taking place in the Lowcountry and Coastal Empire on Saturday, organized by local political organizations, to protest against the current administration.

According to Kris Mecholsky, one of the founders of Coastal Georgia for Democracy, the message behind the protest is that they believe the president is not following the Constitution. On Saturday, dozens gathered in Hilton Head Island to protest at the "No Kings" rally. Other protests have been organized in Savannah, Statesboro, Rincon and Bluffton.
