SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) -- WSAV has an intern partnership with Savannah State University (SSU). Students Kyla Chandler, Atlanta Griffin, Kalaysia, Robinson and Natalie Robinson have spent many hours this semester in the WSAV studios learning the ins and outs of podcast production. Their hard work has culminated in a special focusing on the 2025 SSU Homecoming.

The students interviewed key players in SSU's Homecoming week. They spoke with Rashad Ellerbee, the 10th Mister Savannah State and Donna Kelly Reed, the owner and director of One Spirit Dance Academy.
