SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) - A Tornado Watch is in effect until 9 p.m. as a cold front will push multiple clusters of storms through the ArkLaTex.
In addition to the isolated tornado threat, there is a higher threat for damaging wind gusts of 60-70 miles per hour and large hail up to a quarter or golf ball in size. Brief heavy rain may result in some localized road flooding
The severe weather threat will wind down after sunset in most areas with clearing skies and cooler temperatures tonight. Expect sunny, breezy, and mild weather on Sunday with highs in the low to mid 70s.
