GLENDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — A special event was held in the West Valley to provide support and comfort to families with a missing loved one.
The “Missing in Arizona” event was held at Arizona State University’s West Campus in Glendale. Families and friends dealing with the disappearance of a loved one were invited to attend the free event.
“I’m proud to partner with other Arizona law enforcement agencies to bring awareness to the issue of Arizonans who have gone missing,” said Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes.
DNA samples were collected from close relatives to help create a profile for the missing individuals. Photos, medical records, dental records and fingerprints were given to help any potential investigations.
