Thousands gathered at the California State Capitol in Sacramento for one of the city’s largest “No Kings” protests, organized by Indivisible Sacramento. Protesters voiced concerns about ICE enforcement, federal deployment of armed forces in U.S. cities, and health care uncertainty amid the government shutdown. The rally concluded with a downtown march calling for democracy and fair elections.
