ALVARADO, Texas — Two people arrested and accused of involvement in the J uly "ambush" of a North Texas ICE detention facility were indicted on new terrorism-related charges, court records show. The charges are the first antifa-related terrorism charges brought after President Donald Trump's order to designate antifa as a domestic terrorist organization, according to FBI Director Kash Patel and the Associated Press .
Autumn Hill and Zachary Evetts were indicted on charges of providing material support to terrorists, attempted murder of officers and employees of the U.S. and discharging a firearm during, in relation to, and in furtherance of a crime of violence, court records show.
