ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Sherrone Moore couldn’t wait to talk about this win.

The Michigan head coach took to the podium Saturday afternoon after his team’s 24-7 victory over Washington , smiling, congratulating his players, and even waving off the first question from the press.

Instead, Moore wanted to offer up some opening remarks, calling it a “fun win to be a part of” while speaking candidly about the difficult days leading up to the game.

“We had some tough conversations throughout the week,” Moore said. “Offensively, defensively, of what we need to do, how we need to adjust, and how we need to play better.”
