Harrah coach Chris Bliek knew a dogfight was coming.

Fresh off district wins over Chickasha and Tecumseh, the Panthers limped into Thursday’s high school football matchup against Blanchard with injuries, but not without belief.

That resilience has become Harrah’s identity.

"For me, I always view District 4A-2 kind of like the SEC of college football," Bliek said. "Every coach and team in this district challenges you and prepares you to have to adjust on each down. I think it's a blessing. I'm thankful for every opportunity to coach against some of these great coaches in our district and their programs. And I think our kids are starting to buy into that, too."
