Outside the peak tourist season, autumn can be the perfect time to visit the Cotswolds. And there is one place that is even more beautiful at this time of the year.

Best known as the home to King Charles and Queen Camilla, Tetbury is a busy market town about 40 minutes away from Bristol. The area is known for Highgrove House and Gardens, which is open to visitors between April and October.

However, for those that do not follow the Royal Family or their fancy residences, there is a lot more to explore in Tetbury. One of the biggest nearby attractions is Westonbirt Arboretum , where you can marvel at nature and walk among 2,500 species of trees.
