CLEVELAND — Quarterback Dillon Gabriel finally had a chance to start in his own stadium. And he earned his first win as an NFL starter, with the Browns defeating the Miami Dolphins 31-6 on Oct. 19.

Gabriel made his home starting debut in his third career start. Not only did he battle the Dolphins, but he battled the weather on Cleveland's lakefront as well.

There was a strong wind and steady rain falling as the third-round rookie made his first regular-season appearance in Cleveland. All four of his previous appearances, including his first two starts, came on the road. One was in London. Buy Cleveland Browns tickets
