The Latest from Storm Team 5...
Rain showers moved in last night and will continue to push east throughout the morning. Rain should come to an end by 9-10am this morning. Mostly cloudy skies will give way to some breaks in the clouds later in the afternoon. Highs will be seasonal in the mid to upper 50s.
Once the rain exits, the wind will become the main talking point in our forecast today. A NW wind will gust between 25 and 35 mph at times this afternoon. Winds should subside this evening. Just a heads up there, is Small Craft Advisory out for the bay and a Gale Warning for Lake Michigan for the potential of even stronger gusts and high waves.
The continued northwest wind and clear skies will drop lows into the 30s across the area tonight, bringing in the potential for patchy frost. Ma
