MICHIGAN CITY, Ind. (WLS) -- Michigan City police are investigating a double homicide on Sunday.

At about 1:30 a.m. police responded to a welfare check at a home in the 100-block of Schofield Court, police said.

Two adults were found dead inside the home from foul play, police said.

A male juvenile was taken into custody.

No other information regarding the victims' ages or genders was released.

Police are investigating and there are no known threats to the public.
