A D-III college football RB just set the all-time record with 522 yards in one game
If someone told you that a running back had run for 522 yards, and you somehow believed that that could happen in a single game, you'd probably figure it happened on 40 or 50 carries.
That would be selling Montie Quinn well short. He just did it on 20 totes.
Quinn had an unfathomable Saturday while suiting up for Division III Curry College to set the new all-division rushing yardage record.
He ran the ball 20 times for that aforementioned 522 yards as Curry defeated Nichols College, 71-27.
That's an average of 26.1 yards per carry.
He would've had even more if the end zone didn't stop him with a touchdown on seven of those runs.
Six of his TD runs were insanely long:
85 yards
