The Tennessee Titans may go back to the drawing board before hosting the New England Patriots on Sunday.

Tennessee ranked last in total offense amid a 1-5 start before firing head coach Brian Callahan earlier this week. Interim head coach Mike McCoy will take charge against Mike Vrabel and the Patriots in Week 7.

Cam Ward won’t run the same offense that’s struggled thus far. The Titans plan to “simplify” their offense for the rookie quarterback, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter .

Drafted with the No. 1 pick after a 3-14 season, Ward has stumbled to start his NFL career. The former Miami star has the worst completion percentage (55.0) and QBR (25.1) among all starting quarterbacks, amassing just 1,100 passing yards and three touchdowns.
