New Delhi : On Sunday eve just a day before Diwali, the Air Quality Index (AQI) deteriorated significantly crossing the 300 mark. The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) enforced the third stage of Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) in Delhi-NCR. In Anand Vihar the AQI crossed the 400 mark entering severe category.

Most of the areas recorded an AQI above 300 which is categorised as ‘very poor’.
