BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) - A driver has died following a Sunday afternoon crash in Berkeley County.

Master Trooper Hannah Davidson with the South Carolina Highway Patrol said the accident happened around 1:23 p.m. along Cypress Campground Road.

The driver of a Ford F-150 was headed west when they ran off the right side of Cypress Campground Road, over corrected, ran off the left side of the road and then overturned.

Trooper Davidson said the driver, who has not been publicly identified, died from their injuries.

The crash is under investigation.
