A lawyer representing the man who was seen on surveillance camera footage firing off shots from a handgun on Fountain Square last week says that his client has turned himself in.

The lawyer, Clyde Bennett, confirmed that his client, Shaquille Ferguson, 24, has surrendered to Cincinnati police on charges of felonious assault, improper discharge of a firearm and having weapons under disability that are related to his use of a firearm during last Monday's shooting on Fountain Square that injured two.
