OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Wednesday is a First Alert 6 Weather Day for our first chance of a widespread frost this season. We are overdue for a frost with the average date falling on October 6th for Eppley.

A cold front sweeps in Monday afternoon and cooler air spills in... you’ll notice a drop in temperatures Monday evening and Tuesday, highs Tuesday fall to the 50s... and as a gusty NW wind lightens Tuesday night the cool down will intensify.

This will likely push lows into the mid 30s for most... 36 degrees and below bring frost concerns.
