Multiple agencies are conducting a search and rescue by land, air and water for an individual after a single-person outrigger canoe and paddle was found offshore Kailua Beach Park near Flat Island this afternoon.

At about 1:24 p.m., Honolulu Fire Department, Ocean Safety, Coast Guard, Marine Corps Base waterfront ops and DLNR continued the search from Bellows Air Force Station to Marine Corps Base Hawaii.

No other details were immediately available.
