Panthers' Bryce Young gets concerning injury update after exiting Week 7 early

The Carolina Panthers have an injury concern with quarterback Bryce Young after the team's Week 7 win over the New York Jets .

Young exited in the third quarter due to an ankle injury and did not return for the rest of the contest. He was replaced by backup Andy Dalton, who managed to close out the 13-6 win over the Jets.

After the game, head coach Dave Canales confirmed that Young is dealing with a right ankle injury.

"We're evaluating for the right ankle," Panthers head coach Dave Canales said . "So we're taking all the information and we're going to look at him when we get home some more, and see where we're at."
