The Vlad Guerrero Jr. march toward playoff history continued on Sunday night at Rogers Centre with yet another home run, his sixth in what has been a game-changing October for the Blue Jays all-star.

The solo shot in the fifth was his sixth of the playoffs, matching the Blue Jays all-time career mark for homers, a record he now shares with  greats Jose Bautista and Joe Carter.

Fitting, as well, that Bautista was at the sold-out Rogers Centre where he celebrated his 45th birthday, a big game for the Jays and threw out the ceremonial first pitch.
