MINNEAPOLIS — The Minneapolis Police Department is investigating after two men were allegedly attacked and robbed outside of a church on Sunday.
According to the MPD, the two men were leaving the church just after 8 a.m. when they were robbed by a group of people who had exited two different vehicles.
One of the men was pushed to the ground and the other was hurt while ducking to avoid an object that was thrown at him, according to the department.
The two men took private transportation to the hospital. No arrests have been made after the MPD said its officers canvassed the area.
This is a developing story and will be updated as more information becomes available.
