1 tsp ground black pepper

Coleslaw dressing

125ml mayonnaise

125ml sour cream

1 tbs apple cider vinegar

1 tbs Dijon mustard

2 tsp honey

Apple coleslaw

2 cups (160g) finely shredded green cabbage

1 large apple, cut into matchsticks

2 celery sticks, thinly sliced

3 spring onions, thinly sliced

¼ cup flaked almonds, toasted
