A mom is sharing her grief after her 5-year-old daughter died while riding on farming equipment in Ohio. Now, she hopes to save other children from such incidents like her daughter's, which she says could have been “prevented."

On Friday, Oct. 10, the little girl, who was later identified by her family as Charlotte Deselem, was riding on a combine with her dad as he harvested beans when the incident occurred in Pleasant Township, FOX affiliate WDTN and CBS affiliate WHIO reported.
