In-N-Out Burger has paid $3.2 million for a Hermitage property for which it plans a restaurant as it prepares to establish its Eastern U.S. headquarters in Franklin.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, the California-based company now owns 1.95 acres located at 4000 Andrew Jackson Parkway .

The seller was an LLC, details about which are uncertain. Metro records also are unclear as to what the seller paid for the property in 2020.

In-N-Out Burger plans multiple restaurants in the Middle Tennessee, including in Antioch, Lebanon and Murfreesboro; in the Rivergate Mall area; and on Goose Creek Bypass in Williamson County (with that restaurant planned to have opened this year ).
